I am a laid back but successful business owner and have learned to balance career with personal life so as to allow myself to "smell the coffee", yet provide an upper / middle class lifestyle for my family. Family to me is MUCH more important than career. Although I am successful and enjoy the fruits of the seeds planted throughout the years, a big part of me yearns for the simple lifestyle. I'm outgoing most of the time, but also enjoy time spent more intimately. I enjoy sports such as mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking, but also spend a lot of time reading and playing the guitar. I also enjoy cooking and photography. My favorite thing to do when I have some time off is to travel to exotic places. I'd have to say my favorite pastimes are spending time with my buddies and checking out the summer concert scene.

My goal in my career will be to continuously better myself and stay self-motivated. I just graduated from college this past year and am currently in graduate school, so I haven't started my career yet; but I believe hard work and determination always pay off in the long run.

I am 66yrs old and retired for over five years from the financial world. I am really easy to be with and very friendly with a wide grin. I am very romantic and would like a little romance in my life, although I can certainly live without it if necessary, in other words, I am not jumping in and out of relationships. gggggggg. I enjoy my own company and have many friends. I am trying to slow down and make the days stretch out more and be able just sit and enjoy the moment. I love reading biography's of people who had a very hard start to life and overcame the odds. Its always intriguing how events line up for people who eventually succeed. I am also a "spiritualist". I am not into organized religion; I feel my relation with the creator of all things is very personal and mine alone to decipher. I certainly don't believe in pushing my ideas on anyone but it is nice to converse with people of like mind. Money is only important to the extent that I can pay my bills and enjoy a little travel and afford the things I am interested in. I realize that material things do not bring happiness. What brings happiness is one's involvement in life and family and friends.
